Baby Clara | Greenville SC Newborn Photographer

About 6 weeks ago I had the privilege of meeting the Atwoods.  You can check out their sweet maternity session here.  I have really enjoyed getting to know my clients via maternity sessions.  It is fun to be a part of their journey into parenthood.  The best part is I get to hold their sweet newborns. =)  Baby Clara is absolutely beautiful!!!  On this particular day she was at her fussy time.  I asked Amy, as I do many of my clients, what images were most important to her.  She said pictures of them with her.  We decided to focus on outdoor shots.  I have noticed that if a baby is fussy they tend to enjoy being outdoors.  Though it was a little windy and a bit chilly we bundled Clara up and she loved it!   She was so content that we were able to place her in a basket for a few alone shots at end of our session!  So sweet!!!! Clara’s grandma joined us for this session too.  I enjoyed getting to meet her. =)

Being a mommy truly is the best gift ever!!!! As a little girl I could not wait to grow up and have babies!  I actually never dreamed of any “job” other than being a wife and mommy.  It is a calling I have never regretted and have so enjoyed!!!!

At the very heart of the gospel is sacrifice, and there is perhaps no occupation in the world so intrinsically sacrificial as motherhood. Motherhood is a wonderful opportunity to live the gospel. – John Piper
